Denim Shorts And White Linen Tops

Good morning everyone today’s post is on Denim shorts and Linen tops. Now I know autumn is round the corner but as it’s still rather warm here I wanted to share with you one of my favourite combinations to wear. A pair of denim shorts is a must for me and over the years the style and length have changed. Now a days I tend to go for a more longer length style. So with that in mind I wanted to share with a few denim shorts in different style. I have also included Bermuda style ones that can be easily transitioned for autumn.

My denim shorts are from Odd Molly and I love the little embroidery touch on the side. They are in your mid length size not too short and not long either. I teamed it with this white linen blouse which is also from Odd Molly. Both look so fresh together and I would also wear the blouse with a pair of jeans and throw on a blazer on chillier days! As for my accessories I opted for my trusted Castaner espadrilles to start off with. Next I put on my straw hat and cat-eye sunglasses and finished the look off with my Loewe basket bag.

Here are number of denim shorts to suit all I hope, and like I mentioned earlier I have included longer length pairs so that they can be easily worn during the autumn months as well! The Bermuda style shorts can easily be teamed with a knit sweater. Next add a pair of knee high boots and finish the look off with an oversized blazer.

LINEN TOPS

White linen tops work so well with denim shorts and can easily be layered for the colder months. Here are a selection of linen tops to get your hands on.

Denim and linen work so well together! I usually prefer a denim skirt, but I really like some of the longer denim shorts you found! NY stays warm through Sept. xo Nipa

What a fun outfit – you do casual so well, Lovely! That hat is *chef’s kiss*.

Not a fan of denim on me – I own very few pieces of denim. I would just rather wear something more interesting for my style. 馃檪

Yes! It’s still warm here in California too, so I wear my denim shorts well into fall. Love this styling! Happy weekend xx

If I were wearing linen it would look like I slept in it!! On you, it is clean and crisp and wrinkle-free. How is that?? Love the combination of the long-sleeved blouse with the denim shorts. Cute cute shorts. I like the bit of color on the left hip…a patch? Have been eyeing some distressed jeans that have fabric beneath the distressing. Great way to add color.
