Good morning everyone, today’s post is on styling a tulle skirt in three different ways. A tulle skirt is a fun piece of garment to wear. You can easily style it up or down depending on the occasion. A tulle skirt can look sophisticated and chic or you can make it more fun if you want to. I took my inspiration from Dior and paired it with a blazer here.
So this outfit that I have put together is perfect for a lunch date in my opinion. I started off with my black tulle skirt, next I added my oversized ivory blazer. To give the outfit some shape I wore my wide waist belt to cinch in the waist. This just pulls the look together and makes it look chic. I then grabbed my cream Staud mules which work really well with my blazer as they are the same shade of cream. As for my bag I went for cream again in this JW Pei Gabbi bag. Finally finishing off the outfit with these cream Tol sunglasses.
FOR A NIGHT OUT
Now for a night out I would loose the blazer and add a sheer black shirt. Next I would crop the shirt by tying a knot at the front. As for my shoes I would opt for a pair of open toe ankle boots and then complete the look with a black bag.
CASUAL DAY TO DAY
Moving on and onto my third tulle look, I would swap the shirt and blazer for a white shoulder padded tee. Again I would personally crop the tee by doing a side knot. But if that’s not your thing just tuck the t-shirt into the skirt. Then for the shoes I would go for a pair of white sneakers/trainers. Finish off with a day bag of some sort, here I would opt for a medium sized basket bag. Then finish off with a pair of black cat-eye sunglasses.
Would you wear a tulle skirt? If so what is your favourite way to style it? Do let me know by leaving a comment below.
