Good morning everyone, today’s post is on incorporating a swimsuit into your outfit. It’s one of the things I like to do when it comes to going away on vacation. Gives me more space in my suitcase as it works as a top as well as a swimsuit of course.
So let me begin with how I went about styling my swimsuit for this outfit. This black one that I am wearing is a few years old and I still can’t get enough of it. Just love the cutout details, so I opted to team it up with a pair of paper bag style ivory shorts. Now I was going for an evening look so I threw on my oversized ivory blazer which works really well with the shorts. Next I put on my camel quilted sandals and my camel pouch bag which looks great together. Finally finishing off my look with these tortoise shell sunglasses and a pop of colour with my red lipstick.
Now you could also dress it down for everyday wear by swapping the blazer with a white linen shirt. Then change the camel sandals with a pair of tan flats and then finish off with the same bag but worn crossbody.
Here are a few swimsuits that would work really well as part of an outfit, I have included some coloured ones too!
Adding a blazer to an outfit always elevates the look for me so here I have curated a few of my current favourites let me know which ones you are loving.
Like I mentioned earlier I love to wear swimsuits as tops when on vacation and one of my favourite ways to wear them is by teaming them up with a pair of shorts. Do love a high waisted pair so here are a few selections of shorts for you to take a look at.
