Good morning everyone and happy Friday. Today’s post is on styling a midi dress with a pair of high-top sneakers/trainers. This is a great way to dress down a dress for everyday wear and is perfect attire for running errands around in. So with that in mind I have curated a few of my current favourite high-tops from P448 for you all. Take a scroll down and let me know which pair you like and how you would style them.

My white midi is from last year and I ended up getting it in this colour as the pink one was sold out. I was a little disappointed at first that I missed out but nevertheless I must say I have worn this white dress plenty of time. So glad that I did purchase as it is so easy to wear in the heat, it comes in an oversized style. So when it came to styling the dress I opted to go for an everyday look. Hence the reason I chose to style them with these fabulous high-tops from P448. They come in white and gold and add a little bit of an oomph to my outfit! Next I went for my black fedora hat, my large basket bag which is a must during the spring summer months for me and of course not forgetting my white aviator style sunglasses.
I then added a blazer to the mix, now it’s too hot for me to wear a blazer currently so this is for the purpose of showing you all how you could style the dress. I mean we don’t all live in similar climates so I like everyone to have options.

This is great! Refreshing to see when dresses are worn with sneakers because you typically see them with heels and similar. One of my favorite shoes is wedge sneakers. I wear mine with everything.
This outfit is like a cool breeze on the warmest summer day. Love the bit of bling in the sneakers. Perfect accessories…the sneakers and the straw bag. I am looking for an inexpensive white eyelet skirt but in the meantime, need to dust off my eyelet sundress. Will try styling it with tennies.
