ATLINIA HOME LINEN TABLECLOTH AND NAPKINS

Good morning everyone, today’s post is on tablecloth and napkins. As a young girl I was a tomboy so I would rather play football, climb trees or ride my bike. I didn’t like playing with tea sets or dolls, however in my twenties I was obsessed with having a tea set and having afternoon teas with my friends. So it’s no surprise that I wanted to collaborate with Atlinia Home when they asked if I was interested in their homeware collection.

After browsing through their site I went for the linen tablecloth and napkins. Living in Dubai I knew I could make use of my outdoor table and have as many afternoon tea as possible. Although my boys don’t really care for table decor but they do entertain me with my afternoon tea!

OATMEAL NATURAL LINEN TABLECLOTH

Right let me begin with the tablecloth, which is woven from fine pure linen and comes in a rectangular silhouette with classic single-stitched hems and mitered corners. It is also available in five other colours, great for casual or formal dinners. The tablecloths also comes with matching napkins and runners too or you could mix and match alternatively. They have been pre-washed for maximum softness and easy care. Their linens come from Normandy-France, the best flax in the world. Linen is breathable, ultra soft and ecological, it’s the ideal raw material for a more sustainable future.

I enjoyed my process of setting up my table decor starting off with the tablecloth. Next went the placemats followed by the tableware and finally finishing off the setting with the linen napkins.

SILVER GREY LINEN NAPKINS

So originally I wanted the same coloured napkins as the tablecloth. Unfortunately they did not have any in stock so alternatively I opted for the silver grey coloured ones instead which are very close in shade to the tablecloth. I could have chosen the blue which would have been a beautiful contrast against the neutral. Maybe next time I shall do go for them. These napkins are durable yet very soft and again have been pre-washed for extra softness, so the more they get washed the softer they become!

So what do make of these linen napkins and tablecloth? Do let me know by leaving a comment below.

To me, the napkins look like the same color as the tablecloth. I love how all the colors compliment one another, the placemats even resemble the underside of the umbrella! It’s a beautiful setting!
