Good morning everyone hope you all had a wonderful weekend! Today’s post is on green bags, I wanted to curate nine of my favourite current green coloured bags for spring/summer. This is a great way to introduce colour to an outfit for those of you who do not like wearing colours and like a neutral palette.
Now that most places are coming out of winter and heading towards Spring. What better time than now to consider how to refresh that wardrobe and add some colour. Yes I still opt for whites but that still doesn’t stop me from adding some colour to my wardrobe. If you follow me on Instagram you will see the pop of colour in my feed. In recent times I have been adding a lot more colour and I am actually enjoying it too! So with this in mind I thought I would start off with accessories and in particular bags as they tend to be one of the pieces I go to when I want to introduce colour. So take a scroll down and let me know which of the bags catches your eye!
Right I have selected these bags that range from your muted sage green to your bright neon. So hopefully there is something for everyone. The sage green is a beautiful colour for those of you who adore neutrals and one that will keep you in your comfort zone. By all mean you don’t have to purchase anything that is not necessary for you, go for what brings you joy and what enhances your wardrobe.
Right let me tell you about this gorgeous little bag from Taylor Yates. The bag comes in this Norma style in the colour Forest green. The hue is on the muted side and would work rather well with so many different outfits. When it came to styling the Norma bag I decided I would style it with a monochromatic outfit.
First I went for these black high waisted jeans which come in the skinny style. The jeans are very stretchy and comfortable to wear. Next I tucked them into my calf length boots, but a pair of sandals would work equally well. As for the top half I opted for a light roll neck jumper and on top of that I threw on my white blazer. This blazer comes in linen so it is ideal for warmer weather. Finally completing my look with my vintage white oval sunglasses.
Which of the bags do you like? Would you opt for a green bag or would you stay well clear of them? I have started to include a lot more colour when it comes to bags these days. So would love to hear what you think so do let me know by leaving a comment below.
