Good morning everyone and happy Wednesday! Today’s post is on spring floral dresses, to be honest I don’t own that many floral print dresses. However in recent years I have come to embrace them a lot more. This is the perfect time to see what is out there as when Spring does come round most of the spring items will be sold out. So I always start a little early and have a good old browse.

Here I have picked out a few of my current favourite floral print dresses. Do let me know which one or ones you are loving!

Floral dresses like the one that I am wearing are perfect for spring when you want to spend time in the garden having a picnic or afternoon tea as I like to do. My dress is from Odd Molly and comes in the midi size in an A-line fit. It also comes with a tie belt to cinch in my waist. The floral print is made by their in-house print designer and is so pretty.

So when it came to styling the dress I opted for my go-to pair of shoes the espadrilles from Castaner. If you have read my previous posts you will know how much I adore wearing these during the spring summer months! Next a basket or wicker bag is a must and here I have gone for this beautiful faux pearl handle basket bag from La Petite Sardine. Finally finishing off the look with my white frame Carrera sunglasses.

You can also style these dresses in endless ways, for a more dress down approach why not pair the dress with some white trainers/sneakers. To toughen up the look I would opt to style the dress with some biker boots which would also work rather well in my opinion.

Now if you are not into florals don’t be put off just yet, why not start off with a very small floral print to ease you in. Try and see how that looks as that is how I started. Even till this day I am still not that confident in wearing a big floral print. I would personally start off with a neutral coloured dress in a small print or why not try a black dress with some small floral prints on it and then go on from there!

Do you like to wear florals? Which of the dresses above would you choose? Do let me know by leaving a comment below.

I agree that starting with a ditsy floral and working your way up to a larger, more intense print is a great idea! I still prefer the lighter florals when I opt for this particular pattern. Your dress is gorgeous! And I love the other ones you linked as well 🙂

That blue floral dress is so pretty on you! I don’t have a lot of florals in my waardrobe, mostly stripes is my most seen print, but I do have a few floral dresses because as you say they are perfect for spring! 🙂

Beautiful dress and another beautiful color on you! I am a fan of florals but usually go for dark florals because I like the moodiness of them. But these bright spring like colors are so fun in floral prints, too! I can’t wait for spring to arrive!
