How To Style Leather Shorts for Autumn Winter

Good morning everyone today’s post is on styling leather shorts for Autumn Winter. I am very much partial to faux leather shorts. So it’s no surprise that I was going to style them for the cooler months. They are a staple in my closet and one that I love to wear all year round. Although not when it’s super hot as it can tend to stick to my legs, which is never a good look!

Take a scroll down and have a look at a few ways I like to style my faux leather shorts for Autumn/Winter. Let me know which style or styles you prefer.

So let us begin with the hi/low look and styling the faux leather shorts with biker boots. The addition of the biker boots straight away toughens up the outfit. My biker boots are from Kurt Geiger and you would have seen me wearing them in a few of my previous posts. They tend to come out during the Autumn Winter months as they get worn the most at this time. Next I added a white shoulder padded tee from Zara, simple but gives me a little drama at the same time. I then threw on my RtA white blazer to continue the monochromatic look. As for my accessories I am wearing my black Rayban sunglasses and completing my outfit I wore my black mini Jacquemus bag.

Another easy way to style the leather shorts is to pair them with a pair of sneakers/trainers. This works for an everyday look and is great for running errands in. Now for the top part of my outfit I would add an oversized jumper and tuck it in at the front. Next I would drape over my shoulders either a coat or a three quarter length jacket and I am all set and ready to go. When it comes to the accessories I would add a baker boy hat and a crossbody bag to complete my look.

For a more polished look and one that would be ideal for a night out I would style my leather shorts with some knee high boots. As for my top I would go for a white long sleeve body for some added warmth. Next I would wear a long coat that falls just below the knee. As for the accessories I would opt for a clutch like the Bottega Veneta style.

One other way to style the leather shorts is with ankle boots. So here I have opted for a more polished day time look. Starting off with a pair of white ankle boots teamed with a pair of tan coloured leather shorts. Now I would add a blue buttoned down shirt and tuck it into my shorts of course. I then would add a pair of white cat-eye sunglasses and a tan coloured bag, now I am all set for lunch date!

This outfit is so edgy and cool!! I’ve really been wanting to get my hands on a pair of pleather shorts to wear throughout the fall and winter with tights. I love how you paired the shorts with white on top!

Your biker boots are fabulous, Lovely! I’m drooling, ha ha! I have vintage orange leather shorts and I tend to wear tights with them, along with an ankle boot. They are a fun alternative to a mini.
