Good morning everyone, today’s post is based around these jeans that I am wearing. Now does anyone else miss wearing their jeans during the summer months?! Well I do, and it’s very rare for me to wear jeans as the temperature over here is so high that I can only manage to wear them indoors with the AC. So I thought I would style an outfit with my flared jeans in mind. I know not everyone’s summer is as scorching hot as mine and you can get away with wearing jeans more often than myself. The thing to remember is to style your jeans with summer pieces and you will be all set to go!
Right let’s begin with my flared jeans which are from Frame. Flared jeans are my favourite kind of jeans to wear. They are very flattering for me and on top of that they elongate my legs too. This style that I am wearing is the best for me, I love it so much that I have them in a darker shade too. I will also be purchasing them in black as well, for me when I find that item of clothing that flatters and works for me I have to buy more than one. Who else does this?
A sleeveless top is a great way to make your outfit feel light and airy and summer approved. This blue sleeveless shirt that I am wearing is from Zara. Yes that’s right it is from Zara, what I love about it is that it is very light and of course the shoulder pads were a big attraction for me when it came to purchasing it. If you haven’t already bought any shoulder padded pieces, well I don’t know what you are waiting for. Get ready to see them everywhere!
Moving onto my shoes and I tend to wear wedges with my flared jeans as they work so well than any other types of shoes in my opinion. This pair that I am wearing is from Aspiga and is a number of years old. They come in a light colour and keep the outfit looking fresh.
Finally completing my look I opted to style my outfit with my Mango light camel bag with the gold chain. I also decided to wear a belt so that it would break up the all blue and add another colour to the mix. My tan belt is a number of years old and is from D&G. For me tan and blue works extremely well together. Next I grabbed my white Carrera sunglasses, and completing my look I added a pop of colour by wearing a red lipstick from Chanel.
