Faux leather pants with A Camel Coat

I adore wearing these faux leather pants at this time of the year. Now I rarely get cold, but saying that It is much chillier at the moment. I have had the heating on all day for the past two days. Either I am coming down with something or it is just that much colder.

These faux leather pants are from H&M and I absolutely adore them. They really do keep the wind at bay and keep me warm for sure, not that I need much to keep warm. Personally I would rather feel a little colder then being too hot as that tends to make me feel dizzy.

I tried not to layer too much clothing and decided to wear my ivory pleated frill knit jumper from Karen Millen. The cascading frills on the shoulders of this knit jumper are just gorgeous and gives the jumper so much edge. I just can not get enough of it, it is from the Karen Millen autumn/winter collection. With a boat neck and three quarter length sleeves it is truly a statement piece. Paired with the faux leather pants the ivory and black as always work so well together.

As for my coat and camel being one of the colours of autumn it was only fitting that I wore this coat. Yet another item from Karen Millen which has been tailored to such a high degree I cannot express how well this fits. Made from premium Italian fabric, which is evident as to how soft it feels.

It features full length sleeves with button fastening on the cuffs. For me its a knee length coat, so depending on your height it may vary of course. A single-breasted coat which fastens up with these gorgeous black button closure. It also has these peak lapels and pocket details. A classic coat in my opinion and one that I know I shall be wearing year after year.

Staying with Karen Millen, I chose to wear these black peep toe shoes. Of course you have seen me wear these many a times in the past. They are so versatile and go with most things I wear. They really are my most worn pair of shoes. Having bought these a few years ago they are still on trend and especially now that the sock boots are so high in demand. They are all over the high street and in high end stores like Balenciaga.

Deciding on which bag to go for was easy for me. I went for my trusted Marks and Spencer cross body faux pearl bag. Another piece of item that is versatile when it come to styling and works very well. A wonderful bag which is big enough to take my phone and other essential bits I may need. The faux pearl is what makes this bag stand out and be noticed. At such an affordable price it has truly been used frequently to say the least.

To keep in theme with the black I opted for my black fedora hat. As it was drizzling a little I thought it would be best to wear this and keep the rain off my face and hair. A stunning hat which I bought on sale during the summer months from Whistles. It ties in the whole look rather well if I do say so myself.

To finish the look I went for my Le Specs sunglasses in the LTD Prince edition. Theses are your frameless mirrored sunglasses and I think they are fabulous and work very well with this look.

My lipstick is Sable Smoke by Tom Ford. This is one of my favourite nude lipsticks, it is rather difficult for me to find the right shade of nude when it comes to lipsticks. So far I have found three that work well with my skin tone. Sable Smoke being one of them, Adrienne from Chanel Coco Rouge and Spirit from MAC.
