What are the top favourite Mini Bag Trends for this season

These will be the cutest accessory you will own this Spring/Summer, as seen in the fashion shows at Chanel, Hermès, Valentino and a few more.  Its all about downsizing, mini and micro bags are this seasons must-have, in this case good things do come in small sizes. I own a few and have a few on my wish list too. So what constitutes as a miniature bag? Well in my opinion it has to be bigger than a purse or the same size and smaller than a cross body bag and absolutely adorable. Carrying these tiny handbags, you are forced to stick to the fundamentals, like your iphone, lipstick, lipgloss and a small mirror, what else do you need!  The result, leaving you with lighter and ache free shoulders, yet at the same time being fun and fresh this one tiny piece of accessory will make a major statement. Also an added bonus, making it affordable for you to attain designer bags.

I have styled this vintage trapeze shaped black mini bag with an all white ensemble. How cute does it look against all that white?! I am wearing a Karen Millen ruffles shirt which I have given my own twist by changing the bow from white to black by using the Net-A-Porter ribbon. Just pulls the whole look together in my opinion! Here I have styled it with with my bell sleeve Karen Millen shirt and Moschino Cheap and Chic skirt. The black makes it pop out against the backdrop of the fuchsia skirt. The bag is utterly cute and I love it. You can find similar black mini bags (here)

Here is another recent purchase, this white eyelet detail cross body bag from Misguided with the wide band straps. I have styled with this blue shirt dress, more on the shirt dress coming soon.
