HOW TO STYLE CROCHET TOPS

Good afternoon everyone, hope you are all enjoying your weekend. Today’s post is on Crochet tops and how to style them. I tend to find crochet, lace and Broderie Anglaise to be ideal for spring summer. There are a number of ways you can style the crochet top here is one way that I have done so. Also I have curated a few of my favourite crochet tops, so take a scroll down and let me know which one you are loving!

As always I shall begin with what I am wearing, this gorgeous crochet top is from Chicwish. I adore the detailing of the top and when it came to styling it I opted to pair it with my high waisted flared jeans. This gives me all the 70’s vibes I could want. The crochet top is a great way to elevate my outfit, as it takes my casual flared jeans and makes it look very much put together. I then chose my Gucci Dionysus bag and my Carrera white aviator style sunglasses to complete my look.

Another way to style the crochet top with be to team it up with a pair of tailored Bermuda shorts. This look is great for a brunch or lunch. I would then add a pair of espadrilles either in black or a neutral colour. Next choose a basket bag and a straw hat to complete the look.

    Your outfit gives all the 1970s vibes and I LOVE it! The top is super cute and love how it looks simple from afar but so detailed as you get close. I’ve never worn crocheted tops mainly because I fear that they will snag on something and be destroyed, but I’m extremely tempted!
