Good morning everyone, todays attire is based around this black playsuit. This is a very versatile piece of garment that will see me through all four season. It is ideal for Spring/Summer and can be easily transitioned for Autumn/Winter. I am a huge fan of this piece of garment which is so easy to wear. Of course the one draw back is when using the lavatory the hassle of taking the whole thing off! Other than that I have no issue with the playsuit and just like it’s big sister the jumpsuit I love wearing them.
Before I get onto my ensemble here is a little catch up in what has been happening in Mums Life. So we have a set routine now for the boys in terms of their schooling as they are home tutored. At firsts I was a little apprehensive as to whether or not it would work, but I can safely say so far so good. As for the villa it is finally furnished now, well there is always the little things like pictures to be hung etc. I am not too fussed about those as I know they can all be done in a day.
We took the boys to Dubai Parks and Resorts which consists of four theme parks, including Motiongate a Hollywood inspired theme park showcasing attractions based on DreamWorks Animation, Columbia Pictures, Lionsgate and the Smurfs. There is also a Bollywood inspired theme park, Legoland and Legoland waterparks. Ideal for the whole family, so if you are visiting Dubai anytime soon with children check it out! One other thing Tripxtours do an amazing offer, so highly recommend checking them out!
Right so lets get back to my ensemble at hand and to my black playsuit which is from H&M. This playsuit comes in a crepe weave with a shawl collar and wrapover front with concealed button that covers the short legs. I do love the long sleeves although I think it looks better if you roll them up a little. The belt is detachable and has d-rings at the waist, so I have the option to wear it with or without. Now when it came to styling my playsuit I decided to go for a casual look. It could easily be styled up for a night out with some tights and some heels!
Moving onto my footwear I opted for my Black biker boots from Kurt Geiger. These are a recent purchase and my first biker boots, I am loving how comfortable and cool they look. The style I am wearing is the Sting style which comes in a rugged black lace-up that stretches up to my mid calf. These biker boots are finished with gold-tone buckles, studs and an outsole style that is durable. They are extremely comfortable to walk around in and look super cool in my opinion. Also if your are interested in this pair they are currently on sale HERE.
Next and onto my bag of choice which is this little number from Agnes Nordenholz. This bag was kindly gifted to me and I absolutely adore it. First reason for choosing it, because it’s black with gold hardware which works with the colour theme of my ensemble. Secondly adore the long strap which means I can wear the bag cross body. Of course it can also be carried as a clutch should I choose to do so.
So onto my sunglasses and to this gorgeous pair which is from Nordstrom by Adam Selman x Le Specs. You know me, I can’t resist a pair of cat eye sunglasses and this one is no different. Giving me the Matrix vibe which I am absolutely loving. Why not take a look HERE for a few more selections of cat eye sunglasses.
To finish off my attire I am wearing my nude lipstick in the shade Topped With Brandy from M.A.C. the rest of my make-up is kept to a minimal. So there you have it, one way to style a playsuit.
Thank you so much for stopping by to read my fashion blog. What do you think of this playsuit? Would you wear a playsuit and how would you style yours? Do let me know by leaving a comment below.
