Little White Embroidered Dress

Floral embroidery can add beauty to an understated garment and make the outfit really pop out. Currently they can be found on shirts, tops, jeans, jackets and dresses, the trend is very popular at the moment. The high-street is already full of different pieces featuring vibrant floral designs. You can keep your cool with this sophisticated yet casual dress from Zara. This off white dress with floral embroidery has a round neck, long sleeves and a back opening that has a button fastening. The dress looks absolutely lovely, there is plenty of vintage character but also looks totally current. I absolutely love it, so easy and versatile to style up or down, whichever takes your fancy.

The trend can work for a number of styles, here are few ways to incorporate embroidered pieces into your wardrobe:

Why not wear a jacket with embroidered flowers from(here) and a white dress (here). Finish the look with a pair of black ankle boots (here). Add a fedora hat to give you a Boho style.

How about a blazer (here), a simple t-shirt (here) and a mini skirt with embroidered flowers (here) to get you ready for the office.

Choose a pair of embroidered jeans (here), a plain white shirt (here) and some mules (here) to finish the look. This look will leave you feeling effortlessly stylish.

For a casual yet chic look, pair a light blue shirt (here) with floral motifs and leather trousers (here) or coated jeans (here).

Wear a satin bomber with embellished flowers (here), teamed with a pair of ripped jeans (here) and a white t-shirt (here).

I have paired the dress with my Zara X lace up wedge espadrilles, they work so well together. You could also wear flat espadrilles if you did not want the wedge ones. To finish the look I have gone for my Vivienne Westwood tartan bag. Love this large bag, I need the space to keep all my bits and pieces as well as the kids things too! You could alternatively go for a smaller cross body bag.

The embroidery trend has a huge amount of options available and I have mentioned a few ideas to get you inspired. How will you embrace the embroidery trend this season? I would love to hear how you style the look.

Thanks for reading my fashion post.
